A simple training aid for Pilates exercises. The iPhone should be placed horizontally on the pelvis when carrying out the pelvic clock, pelvic tilt or other pelvic stability exercises under the pelvic level option.
The app provides audio feedback to report the correct performance of each exercise and can record details of each exercise session. Used correctly the app will help to improve pelvic stability and mobility, as well as strengthening core and pelvic floor muscles.
